Install in Salesforce
Base package 1.69.0 — subscriber package ID 04tal000007CVwrAAG. Use your usual install process or:
Typical predecessor: 1.68.0 (04tal000007CUcbAAG).
Highlights
- Reliable upgrade to 1.69: Resolves a managed-package deployment error that blocked installation when Journey and Messaging Template Lightning record pages were included in the release.
- No functional changes to clienteling workflows: Store associates and customers see the same behaviour as 1.68; this release is focused on packaging compatibility.
What’s new for everyone
- No new end-user features in 1.69. Day-to-day clienteling (queues, journeys, messaging, customer profile) behaves the same as Release 1.68.
- Journey and Messaging Template Lightning record pages continue to work for administrators who configure journeys and SMS templates.
What’s new for administrators and data stewards
- Patch release (1.68 → 1.69): Install as a standard managed-package upgrade. No new objects, fields, schedulers, or permission-set changes beyond what 1.68 already introduced.
- Lightning record pages: Journey and Messaging Template record pages were adjusted so they deploy successfully in subscriber orgs during package upgrade. If you were blocked upgrading to an early 1.68 build because of a flexipage deployment error, 1.69 clears that blocker.
- Branding extension: Orgs on base 1.69 should use WovenIQ - Branding 1.8 (
04tal000007CUeDAAW) when installing or refreshing the branding extension package. - Data stewardship: No data migration or backfill is required for 1.69 specifically. Journey cutover steps apply only when moving from 1.67 or earlier — see Release 1.68 for that scope.
